Making presentations, answering technical questions, providing advice for potential and current clients, use a consultative style of selling, whereby determine the exact technical needs of their clients and provide a solution with their, based on their own engineering knowledge and background.
Also apply an engineering mindset to the business of selling products. Treat each sale like an idea and problem to be realized and solved.
